Welcome to [Dreamer Travels]. By browsing, accessing, or booking tour packages and safari facilitation services through our website, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them thoroughly before confirming any reservation.

1. Independent Agency Status & Nature of Services

  • Independent Facilitator: [Dreamer Travels] is a privately owned and operated tour operator and travel facilitator. We are not an official affiliate, authorized representative, or government booking body of the Corbett Tiger Reserve or the Uttarakhand Forest Department.
  • Service Scope: Our services encompass curated holiday packages, resort accommodations, dining plans, private transport, guide arrangements, and administrative assistance with tourist safari permits.
  • Permit Regulatory Authority: Entry into all core and buffer zones (e.g., Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Garjiya, Phanto, Sitabani) is strictly regulated and authorized by the Uttarakhand Forest Department. We do not issue or sell government permits independently.

2. Safari Booking, ID Verification & Visitor Responsibilities

  • Government Photo ID: Guests must provide accurate, government-approved identification details (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of permit inquiry/booking.
  • Mandatory Original ID at Entry Gate: The original identity proof submitted during booking must be carried and presented by each individual guest at the forest entry check-post. Forest authorities reserve the right to deny entry without refund if details do not match exactly.
  • Zone Allotments: Tourism zone allotment is determined solely by the automated reservation guidelines and seat availability of the Forest Department. Requests for specific zones are subject to official confirmation.
  • Non-Transferability: Safari permits, once generated by the department, cannot be rescheduled, transferred to another person, or edited under any circumstances.

3. Resort Packages, Check-in & Dining

  • Standard hotel and resort check-in time is generally 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM, subject to individual resort policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, room service, alcoholic beverages, camera fees, and tips are not included in the standard package price unless explicitly stated in your written itinerary.

4. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing

  • Price Transparency: All package quotations are shared clearly before booking confirmation. Any statutory government tax revisions, forest fee hikes, or fuel surcharges implemented after quotation will be communicated transparently.
  • Advance Deposit: A specified advance deposit is required to confirm resort reservations and initiate safari logistics.
  • Payment Gateways: Online payments processed via UPI, net banking, or debit/credit cards are routed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.

5. Park Regulations & Code of Conduct

All guests entering Corbett Tiger Reserve eco-tourism zones agree to adhere strictly to Wildlife Protection guidelines:

  • Noise & Decorum: Loud noise, music systems, blowing horns, and shouting inside the reserve forest are strictly prohibited.
  • Vehicle Discipline: Getting down from the safari gypsy, walking on safari tracks, or littering plastic/food waste inside the forest is illegal and punishable by forest authorities.
  • Wildlife Respect: Feeding, provoking, or attempting to touch wild animals is strictly forbidden.
  • [Dreamer Travels] will not be held liable for fines, penalties, or entry bans imposed on guests due to violations of forest rules.

6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

  • [Dreamer Travels] acts as a coordinator between guests, partner resorts, registered gypsy drivers, and licensed nature guides. We are not responsible for injuries, loss of personal belongings, accidents, sickness, flight/train delays, or route diversions beyond our reasonable control.
  • In the event of unforeseen forest zone closures ordered by administrative authorities due to flash floods, severe weather, or high-security VIP visits, our liability is strictly limited as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ramnagar / Nainital, Uttarakhand].
